Great environment, High Quality Service (The Actual Owners),Very nice rooms(Up to date) ,Great location, Very clean, Very Quiet.Very Professional. Deal directly with front desk....Stear clear of very old Black man named Sam, Someone they allow to do occasional maintainance,due to his unfortunate situation (They feel sorry for him)Anyway he is very mentally unstable, Maybe due to pre-existing mental issues,or just getting old and senile, Maybe both. Trust me,Stay away from him and definitely keep your Wife and Children away. Criminal history Extensively violent and sex offender.
They took what was not theirs, took our utensils and went thru everything. And gave us attitude to get it back, did not clean the room, stingy on towels, stingy on basics. And most of all they were rude.

The staff is so professional rooms are clean they give excellent service keeps a smiley faces. Makes sure customer is satisfied. I stayed there on 11/18/2017 enjoyed myself. Thank you for your customer service next time I come to Douglas Ga. Best Western Inn will be my place to sleep.
The wifi was fast. No continental breakfast and a dirty old coffee maker in the room.
