Hotel,overall...is gorgeous!Newly renovated & very clean.On the other hand, I stayed from Nov 22 til Nov 25(still here),the water has a rusty color when it comes out of the faucet.Had to let it run a few secs to clear.Tub had a slight leak.And I'm guessing due to it being thanksgiving weekend,the hotel was fully booked.The staff was NOT cleaning rooms,just delivering clean towels ONLY.They were running out of breakfast items left and right.Also,the neighbors next to me(in rm 211),arrived a day after me, and their child screamed all day and night and cried and banged on things and they played music extremely loud.Overall my holiday vacay was horrible in Douglas Georgia..but only because of my neighbors. Staff was very friendly & hotel was nice.
Very nice and clean and the employee made you feel very welcome and they have a very good morning meal that you will enjoy.
Besides an extremely loud family in the lobby who evidently didn't know what time it was (I'm talking after midnight and later) this place was great! The 2 staff that greeted me were both genuinely friendly and worked to get me in as quick as possible while still trying to move the large family out (they were checking out). The price was a little up there for a 1 night stay but it's Hampton. The rooms are super clean and the beds were awesome. It felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. For those of us shorties (5 feet and under), you have to jump to get on it haha!
Words cannot express how positive the staff and this hotel entire hotel experience has been during Irma. Everyone has been exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The facilities are clean, stylish and well-maintained. You won't be disappointed with your stay here.
