I've only seen Dr.Jonna once always see the nurse practitioner and she is very nice. But the girl in the office is rude and not friendly at all. People like that makes the doctor look bad.

After given a schedule to follow two days before the procedure I found out I was not on the procedure list. No offer to make amends. Office staff very rude.
