I don't believe this office cares and it treats its patients like they are just a burden. My husband has been having shoulder pain and cannot lift his shoulder above his head. We came to Dr. Depersio and they did a few exercises and said it was probably a labrum tear. They then gave us a follow up appointment to see if it would get better or worse. A few days later we got a call saying they had to cancel his appointment and would call us back to reschedule. They never called back and I when I called a week later they said they could see him the next day or a day next week. Why they never called I have no idea. When he went back they scheduled him an MRI. When he had the MRI done they didn't tell us when to expect the results but we waited a week before we had to call them again and the nurse said I should have gotten his results no more than 3 days after when the MRI was done. So they scheduled ANOTHER appointment to talk about the results but he can't be seen for a whole month..
