What a joke. Retarded security guard couldn't comprehend that a drop confirmation number means I'm dropping the trailer. He insisted I wait over 24 hours for a live load the next morning. Finally after numerous calls to corporate and 4 hours later, he found out that I'M DROPPING THE TRAILER. What an idiot. His dumbass wasted my entire morning.
Friendly staff. But really really slow. Appt was for 18:30 arrived at 17:30 waited two hours for a dock door. Was unload at 01:10am rec paper work at 01:30 am . Only 5 pallets that was a strait pull off not needing broken down. Will never come here again.
This has to be one of the slowest Walmart DCs i’ve ever delivered to. I’ve been here for over 6 hours now and they are still not done unloading my partial load.
