Normally I don't have a problem with this USPS. I always had my packages delivered! Unfortunately this time, I made a mistake with my address and when I called to find out how to change it or figure out what to do, the lady who answered me was very rude and unwilling to help me. She sounded like she didn't want to help me and only told me to figure it out myself. She could have looked up the order and told exactly what happened. All she told me was what she thinks happened to my package.
