I ordered a pasta bread bowl and received pasta in a tin plate. When I told them I wanted the bread bowl again they THEN informed me they didn't have those anymore. While waiting I witnessed an employee walk out and quit. Also, several phone calls put on hold but never to be returned to. I also asked could I get a small piece of bread or something, since they didn't inform me they no longer had those when I ordered, and he told me it would be an additional $7!!
Worst experience I have ever had dominos. Myteca I think was her name she hung up on me three times and then the manager picked up stated rudeness is not a crime and hung up. So I politely drove to the establishment and after seeing the winners working in this location I knew by the grace of god I got lucky by not eating a pizza prepared by these folks.
I owe the Peterson Ave location an apology. I waited for my food an when it didnt show up in the allowed time, I gave them a poor review when in reality they were short staffed and trying to get the orders out as quickly as they could. My food showed up a few minutes later good and hot.
Great pizza and great delivery service. Food arrives hot and fresh on the day's I can't get out of the office for lunch.

There should be an option for zero stars! This is the second time receiving a cold pizza. When I called I was told they couldn't guarantee the pizza would reach there hot or warm. If they were to replace it, it would reach there at the same temperature. Wtf? Really? I didn't want another pizza. If anything I'll take it back and get my money back. This place is horrible and management is just as bad. I just wanted to know why my pizza won't reach me at least warm? It was so cold the pizza was stiff. Well this is the last time they will get anything from me. If I give you my money, I expect my food to be good. I paid an extra $2.00 delivery charge just so it would be warm. Dang. I'm not done yet. Corporate will hear from me also. It may not make a difference but they will hear me out.
