I ordered a floral arrangement over the phone for my aunt's funeral. I could not see the floral arrangement and did ask the person on the phone to make sure it was a nice arrangement. She assured me that the arrangement would be nice, not to mention I paid $75 for the flowers. I felt really good getting off the phone know that the florist would take care of me and have beautiful flowers to represent me and my family, since I could not be there because I live in Las Vegas. After the funeral I asked my sister what the flowers looked like and she told me that the arrangement did not represent me and my family very well. She said that the flowers looked more like they cost $35 dollars versus $75. I decided to call Thomas to let them know I was not happy with the flowers, not specifically asking for a refund but just to let them know they did not do a good job. Cindy at Thomas Flowers spoke with me and during the conversation with her she kept making excuses about the flowers. Cindy told me that I could bring the flowers back and they would replace them with some more, she offered twice to take the flowers back. I am shocked that she would mention bringing the flowers back, I think this is tacky. No one, in my opinion, takes flowers back to the florist after the funeral is over. And I am not there to go and try and find out where the flowers are to take back, not that I would do that anyway. This is what just blew away about the entire conversation, that she wanted me to bring the flowers back. I thought that after the conversation that I would feel better but I did not feel good and I felt that I was taken advantage of by this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and also know going in that you will not get good customer service. They make excuses for bad flowers and try to blame others for their bad actions.
Could not find any nicer group of Ladies to deal with . They will do their very best to do anything they are asked to do. At Valentine's they were so busy . and the flowers are so BEAUTIFUL, and their funeral work last longer than any other florist in town. I use them for all my work. My son got married in 2015 and the flowers were perfect. I can't say enough about how they are really accommodating about all their flower orders
I love this florist! I live out of town and use them for all my home town needs. The ladies are so refreshing and really bend backwards to make my wishes come true.
I needed to order an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral. I was going to do it online but I prefer to support the local economy. I hopped on Yelp and found this florist in the area. There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement. Once I get pictures of the arrangement, I will post. I definitely recommend.
This place is highway robbery, 85 dollars for 5 roses in a glass vase an small teddy bear. . . Then when I said I'm not sure if I have that much on me the ladies that work there told me to keep digging in my wallet? How unprofessional.. especially the place of business they choose to sale their products. Looked very unhygienic
