Very good at what they do and they try to do their best to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Extremely disappointed that the only way to pay for a vehicle is in person. How can a national rental car company not have an online payment option. My mother's car broke down in Georgia and I wanted to rent a car during her repair period (I'm in NC). Due to their inadequate customer service, I wasn't able to pay for it for her directly with the company. This is 2017...what a shame.
Always have rented from enterprise excellent vehicles and service
First day walk in. No car available. Unfriendly clerk said check back. Why didn't he suggest going online, or even try to book online from his computer. Made a reservation online, confirmed. Get there no car. Same unhelpful clerk said he tried to call...nope only call I had was from insurance adjuster. What good is a reservation. Customer service was non-existent.
We use this Enterprise here in Douglas twice a year.. we always get great service !
